Parent’s Quarter has redesigned the content specifically with parents in mind. It is a streamlined process, giving you only what you need to learn the Method. And delivered over a specific time period, September until December.

It’s really for anyone, though built for parents.
If you just prefer starting something in September, then go ahead and join the PQ. You don’t need to be a parent to do the course. But please don’t complain if the emails feel like they are just for parents! Because they are written with parents deeply in mind.
No, you can’t start the normal Reset in September, you can start it in October.

Yes. The Rewrite Method was developed by Marianne Rosen, an accredited Resilience and Life Coach, Certified Journal Coach and CPD trainer for Wellbeing Professionals.
The method draws on established coaching principles around narrative identity, behavioural change, and structured reflection.
The Reset is not therapy or traditional coaching. It is a repeatable system designed to help you examine the story you are living and take deliberate action to move one area of life forward. It is grounded in the agency of you, the user.
