During the Reset you will:

  • Plan a structured 13-week tracker to begin in the next quarter

  • Learn how to use journaling to support yourself

Each week builds quietly on the last.

The aim isn’t dramatic reinvention.

It’s steady forward movement.

What Changes by the End

By the end of the Reset participants notice three things:

  • Indecision has been replaced by clarity

  • The next quarter is planned with weekly steps toward the goal

  • The discomfort of change is supported through confident journal practice

Not because everything has been solved.

What You’ll Need to Do

The Reset isn’t passive.

You’ll need to:

  • Open and read the two weekly emails

  • Complete the one weekly task

  • Answer the journal prompts

  • Practice the Rewrite Method one stage at a time

  • Stay with the process for the full 13 weeks

The structure is simple and strong.

The change comes from your willingness to engage with it.

That willingness is best accessed in a format that suits you as an individual.

Reset runs 4 times a year, starting with the first Thursday of each quarter, in January, April, July and October. There are two other options to experience the Reset.

  • Reset is the first introduction to the Rewrite Method. It allows you to build confidence in the structure and develop your confidence with journaling.

    It’s clearly guided with one task per week.

    Sustained change happens from a strong foundation.

  • For the Classic Reset, every week for thirteen weeks you will receive two emails.

    On Thursday your email will explain one step in the Method, give you one task, and between one and three journal prompts to work through to help with the task. Additional, optional, material will give you guidance in the ten life segments of the Wheel of Emotional Resonance.

    On Monday you will receive the follow up email with a bonus tip to help you with the task. Additional, optional, material will explore direct experience of applying the Method to the same segment explored in Thursday’s email.

    Across thirteen weeks, you will work through every stage of the Rewrite Method to achieve clarity and confidence in how to apply it moving forward.

  • It will take you the time needed to read the emails, which you can dip in and out of through the week.

    Plus about one hour to complete the task and journal prompts. Some weeks, you will find it is only 20-30 minutes.

  • If the idea of writing a new chapter appeals to you but you’re thinking ‘I’m no good at writing’, then please know that you can find a way to journal that suits your needs.

    Multiple versions of journaling are ‘beyond words’. I write about this on my blog page.

    Rewrite is a journal structure, it is not rigid on how you fill it in.

  • Short answer, no. You can write in any journal using the Rewrite Method. if you have a spare journal lying around, use it.

    If you have a strong preference in the type of journal you use, use that.

    If you want to gain confidence quickly, the Journal gives you the framework already laid out.

  • Life always throws a few curve balls. The Reset is designed to be manageable across 13 weeks. If that pace doesn’t feel right for you, you can save the emails in a dedicated folder on your pc and return to them in your own time.
