A reminder before we begin…

If you have chosen to Focus, then you will have either already done or begun either the Reset or the Parent’s Quarter. If you want to send me a direct email to let me know what you specifically want from the Focus sessions, or how you are hoping to integrate your Rewrite work through the sessions, please do.

If you have not yet done or begun the Method, please do get in touch. I don’t teach the method through Focus, so you will need to do some work before we can begin.
